WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING?
We ship worldwide.  In the lower 48 states of the USA, shipping is free. Customers located elsewhere need to request a shipping quote with their order. We will only ship to the same address listed on your credit card or PayPal account when using thos methods of payment, with no exceptions.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
All major credit cards, PayPal, USPS money orders and bank wires. Overseas orders exceeding $500 must be paid via bank wire. We will not ship COD.

HOW DO YOU HANDLE RETURNS?
We accept returns within seven days of recipte less any shipping and handeling charges. Sorry but no returns for international orders.

WHAT ABOUT WARRANTY ON YOUR INSTRUMENTS?
All new instruments manufactured by us branding the name elf-customs are warranted to the original purchaser against any defects in labor or materials for one year fron the date of purchase. All warranty work is done by us in our shop. No outside vendor does warranty work on our behalf. Instruments not manufactured by us are not covered under this warranty. Parts, accessories and components to not carry any warranty. Please refer to the manfacture of the instrument sold.

WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING CLAIMS?
All orders over three hundred dollars are insured during shipping. If your package arrives damaged, you must immediately notify us and file a shipping claim with the carrier and follow all of their procedures. If your order is less than three hundred dollard you may request insurance for an additional cost. We are not rresponciable for dammage caused during shipping for any reason.

WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS DUTIES ON OVERSEAS SHIPMENTS?
They are strictly your responsibility. We will absolutely not issue any documents that do not accurately reflect the actual terms of sale in order to avoid customs duty and taxes.

CAN I PICK UP AN INSTRUMENT WHEN I VISIT NEW ORLEANS?
We are an internet business and do not maintain a public show room or store front. We do accept pickups or tours of our facilities by appointment.
